The Cliff of Moher

Before I came to Ireland, I was surfing the net to check out what are the must visit places in Ireland. Then I came across this picture of "The Cliff of Moher" and I decided to visit the place. A plan was in place and today it was executed flawlessly. :)



I engaged Barrat Tour to take us to this magnificient Cliff of Moher.





9.30 a.m the Barrat Bus came to Brookfield Apartment to pick us up.

The first stop of our tour is The Burren.
The Burren is a very unique landscape created at the end of the ice age over 10,000 years ago!!

Behind us is the ancient burial tomb which dated few thousand years ago- the Poulnabrone Tomb.

After The Burren, we made our way to Galway Bay and Black Head. We had a brief stop.
The view was simply stunning.

After Galway Bay, we stopped for lunch break before we continue our journey to Cliff opf Moher.



I decided to try on Irish traditional food - Bacon and Gabbage.
Hmmm... porky.

With a full stomach we headed to Cliff of Moher.

Magnificient!


Ireland is beautiful.
