20kg - that's the weight limit of the baggage allowed to check in for Aer Lingus flight.
25 kg - that's what the weight of my bag. Excess of 5 kg!
Not wanting to pay any extra charges for the extra kg, I did the only thing I could - I left my stuffs behind. :(
1 charger, few t-shirts, 2 jeans and few gifts that I bought. 21.7 kg- that's the weight of my baggage after I threw these things out!!
Arrived at Shannon Airport at 1 pm.
Returned the Mazda to Hertz. The flight to London was at 5.15 pm. I arrived at London at 7 p.m. Went to MAS Counter to get my new ticket, take the Underground to London. The tube journey tooks 1.5 hours. Reached Queen University of London at 11 pm!!! Tired? yes. But everything is worth it when I saw the accomodation. It is fantastic!
