This is a really easy recipe.
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into 1cm thick.
4 shallots, finely sliced.
I use two tablespoon of olive oil to fry the shallot until golden brown.
Arrange the cucumber in your serving plate, pour oyster sauce over the cucumber. About 3 tablespoons.
Pour the shallot with the oil you use to fry the shallots on top the cucumber. Serve.
Simple and delicious.
