Recipe: Yakitori Glazed Fish
Here's another simple yet delicious recipe- Yakitori Glazed Fish.
1 big fillet of fish, Salmon or Dory Fish, I use Dory Fish here.
5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons of Chinese cooking rice wine.
To make the yakitori sauce:
Mix soy sauce, sugar and rice wine, stir the mixture under slow fire until all the sugar dissolve.
Continue to simmer until the sauce thicken.
Heat the non-stick grill pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil in. Make sure your pan is hot enough, put your fish in. Basting regularly with your Yakitori fish, till cooked. 4 minute per side.
Be gentle on the amount of Yakitori sauce you add in, this is a pretty strong sauce, you don't want to add too much.
I serve it with Salad leafs and cherry tomatoes. Bon Appétit!
