20 Minutes Sardine Curry
Mix 1 packet Tean's Gourmet chicken curry paste with 3 medium potatoes cut into pieces to fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add 500 ml water to simmer for 15 minute, this will cooked the potatoes just right. Stir occasionally.
Add in 1 can of Sardine in tomato paste.
Add in coconut milk, stir well, simmer for another 2 minute. Serve!
The ingredients:
You can use chicken meat instead of Sardine, both will taste delicious, but that existing tomato sauce in Sardine gives the curry an extra flavor!
